Book Resources

In addition to staying as current as possible with resources from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics or Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior, we regularly invest in trade books or textbooks that provide our staff with additional knowledge about the target population we serve, nutrition education for behavior change, business, or current research.  Some of our favorites are listed below, not in any particular order of preference – books that were part of Nutrition Division staff development are listed in the last section:
