Step 4: Resources

In this section you will find additional materials to supplement your Cooking Matters courses or other nutrition education activities. You will find PDFs of recipes, handouts from participant books, additional handouts from Share Our Strength and the USDA, extra activities and games that can be used in class, MyPlate materials, and Cooking Matters Toolkits that can be used for one-time educational presentations.  We have also included webinars and peer reviewed resources to help you keep current on best practices, and provide additional ideas on how you can enhance the SOS programming offered with your participants.
